This might be the hardest vehicle to steal from a military base in GTA 5, but there are several ways to get a tank.
The direct approach means you enter the base with Trevor and use his invincible ability to dodge the shots of tanks and soldiers.

To do this, enter through the Great Ocean Highway entrance and stay left; you will find some patrol tanks coming your way. But if they don't show up, you'll have to go around looking for them.
Avoid the tank's fire (you hear a beep when the tank locks), get out of the car and activate Trevor's ability. While tank fire can't kill you, it can knock you off your feet, so be careful.
The tank entrance is on the front left, so get in as fast as you can. Once inside, leave the base and escape. Shotgun shots won't hurt the tank, but you want to get out before the other tanks arrive.
The aggro approach is a little less direct and requires some patience. You will not need to enter the base.
Aerial Aircraft Refueling (in Air)
Approach the Great Ocean Highway entrance and immediately turn left towards the mountains. Drive along the dirt road until you see a small rock overlooking the fort and drive along the side of the mountain. Once you have a good vantage point, find the tank and shoot it with your sniper rifle.
This will alert the base and tanks and vehicles will head towards you. At this point you will have earned 2 stars so you will need to keep shooting at the vehicles to make sure they get to you.
You can get one or more Rhino tanks coming your way, but they tend to get stuck in the way. Shoot them and eventually they will reach the road just below you.
Here you can choose how you want to approach the tank. Usually the driver will get out of the tank and look for you. You can shoot him and the tank will be driverless. You can use Trevor's special ability to defend yourself when you approach the tank and take control.

Stealing a fighter from a military base is a bit easier than stealing a Rhino in GTA 5. Unfortunately, there is only one effective way to get this fighter and that is to get to it and fly away.
Start by entering the base through the Great Ocean Highway entrance or jump the fence with a speed car.
The fighter jet is located in different parts of the base. Sometimes it will be in large hangars and other times it will be parked on the runway. You will also find it parked right in front of the hangars. Make sure you have the right car if you need to find a plane.
When controlling a fighter jet, it is important to take off from the runway and stay as low as possible. If you're flying high, the projectiles will attack you pretty quickly. You'll have some luck if you pan the camera behind you as you take off. In some cases, projectiles will not fire at you.
How To Spawn A Helicopter In Gta V
The approach to stealing a Buzzard Attack Chopper from a military base in GTA 5 is similar to getting a fighter jet.
The best way to get to Buzzard is to jump the fence with a speed car. Two helicopters (or one helicopter and one jet) usually appear just outside the hangars on the left side of the escape. If there isn't a helicopter there, you'll have to make your way to other hangars.
When in Buzzard, fly away as fast as you can and look behind you to make it harder for projectiles to land on you. You will have to fly quite a distance before you can look ahead. You want to make sure you are as far away from the base as possible.
Watch out for the police helicopters as they will follow you. You can use your heat-seeking missiles to take out the helicopters.

Stealing a Titan from a military base in GTA 5 is a bit difficult because those huge helicopters are in the middle of the base in front of the main hangers. Titan will not appear anywhere else.
First, by entering Fort Zancudo through the Great Ocean Highway entrance or by jumping over the fence. Then find the Titan and approach it as quickly as possible.
When you enter, you will need to take off quickly, as by then the tanks will already be surrounding you. Use the runway and remember to look behind you for missiles.
